The Markaz ethos is to provide a fun place in which family and friends can take time out and relax to the vibe of a funky, sociable atmosphere within stylish and contemporary surroundings. From the delicious diversity of Indian street foods to Middle Eastern mezze, from skewered meats infused with fresh herbs and spice cooked over charcoal to aromatic curries and tagine, experience authentic dishes with a contemporary twist. All food is freshly prepared in our open theatre kitchen creating a culinary spectacle.
